Depression is not always a sin problem; it is a normal situation to a falling broken sinful world and we are broken trash sinful people. Suicides jumped up in this COVID era 40%! (Mostly men). I myself have deep depression since my stroke and other major issues, but I will admit this, I will not play this Christian game of being completely OK in life, I do no fear death for I know what awaits me (Jesus) but I struggle. Many followers of JESUS struggle, we can have holiness with hopelessness Just as many bible figures did. In the book of King’s 19 Elijah was afraid and wanted to die, even Job wished for death, but all came through with GOD, even so Judas was filled with guilt to the point he straight up killed himself ( not all hopelessness ends with holiness) however in John 9:2 JESUS’ followers asked what sin had been done to make a man blind? But JESUS said it wasn’t sin it was so GOD’s glory can be shown and he healed the blind man! This is the holiness in the hopelessness. Suffering can be from outside or from within us, but let us try and see JESUS’ holiness through our struggles knowing the END GAME

Who knows you may learn something new about the artist, Christ and yourself Archives
